With reference to the above subject, enclosed is:
Road and Drainage Plans -CK #1 Drainage Calculations
Engineers Estimate ECP
ACTION REQUIRED:
Resubmit plans and /or other data in accordance with changes in red.
Review and comment on the following:
Remarks:
1. A plan checking deposit has not been received. Submit a minimum $148 plan checking
deposit prior to continued plan checking.
2. The plan should show contour lines and where the proposed fiber rolls or silt fences are
to be installed.
3. Both temporary and permanent erosion control measures are required. Sheet ER-3 lists
a number of erosion control BMP’s, but it is not clear which of the BMP’s are to be installed.
The plan should specifically state which BMP’s are required and where they are to be
installed.
4. If hydro seeding is to be used, the application rate and seed mixture should be specified.
5. Inspection and maintenance requirements per the attached documentation should be
included with the BMP notes.
6. If construction activity is anticipated between November 15 and April 1, the preparer of the
ECP shall certify that the conditions are suitable for such construction.
