ACTION REQUIRED:
Resubmit plans and /or other data in accordance with changes in red.
Review and comment on the following:
Remarks:
1. Show installation of fiber roll on level contour.
2. If construction activity occurs between November 15 and April 1, the preparer of the
erosion and sediment control plans shall certify that the conditions are suitable for such
construction.
