Michael,
This letter is a follow up to our meeting on Friday 7-28-18 regarding the status of the
buildings located at the subject property. Upon review of our records and the Assessor’s
field notes, our findings are as follows:
1. The dwelling referred to as “Ranch House” in our records was legally existing prior to
permits being required.
2. The guest house first noted by the Assessor’s office in 1965 appears to have been
legally constructed prior to permits being required.
3. An Ag-Exempt permit was obtained in December of 1989 (Permit 144-89) for a
40’x72’ wood framed building for farm implements, hay, and livestock.
