Butte County Assessor's records indicate that you own or control the property. On April 28, 1998, an inspection was made regarding the complaint and the following conditions were observed which are in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a) 12,13; (d); (e); (g) 2; which pose health and safety hazards to the occupants and render the dwelling substandard. This letter is your thirty (30) day warning letter to correct or abate the following violations: 1. Infestation of mice and roaches. ' 2. Front and rear door's broken, faulty and missing weather protection. 3. Unsafe electrical wiring at water cooler switch. Main fuse box has a melted fuse socket. 4. Unsecured gas line at exterior wall from gas meter to water heater. 5. Faulty weather protection and broken windows. The required emergency egress windows in bed rooms are nailed shut. It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the California Health and Safety Code. However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active code enforcement program which provides an effective means of enforcement. A re -inspection will be made to determine ' compliance. If voluntary compliance with this notice is not accomplished by correction of the above -referenced violations, enforcement may be pursued through the issuance of a citation to appear in the Butte County Municipal Court.
