It is also a violation of ButtC County Code to allow sewage to be accessible to humans, rodents and insects. Chapter 31 of the Butte County Code States: Sectionl9-3, it sliall be unlawful for any person to maintain, occupy or use any building not provided with a sewage disposal system which disposes of sewage in a sanitary manner. Section 19-4 (a) Sewage overflowing any lands whatever. Section 19 - 4 (c) Sewage being accessible to rodents, insects or humans.
