County Code at the above referenced location as follows:
Failure to obtain permits, inspectio2 G wand approvals from this office
for mobilehome utilities. A travel is not permitted in A-5 zone. The
travel trailer must be removed or be placed in dead storage.
Please contact this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
Please be aware that Butte County has entered into a Coda Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Eutte. County Code but provides an
effective means of enforcement if such. compliance is not obtained. If
voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be pursued through the
issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of Violation.
Your cooperation in resolving this matter would be appreciated. Should you
have any questions concerning this matter, please contact Rod Taylor or Jiro
