Dear: SEAN CASEY
Plans for the above referenced project have been routed to the Department of Public Works for
review of compliance with Butte County Code Section 26-12.1 (available on line at
http://municipalcodes.lexisnexis.com/codes/butteco/). Based on our initial review of the
information provided, the Department of Public Works has determined that the following items
will be required:
1. Construction of proper access from public roads in accordance with approved
plan PR-212 on file with the County of Butte.
2. Construction of drainage facilities in accordance with approved plan PR-212 on
file with the County of Butte.
3. A minimum $700 inspection deposit.
4. The construction of an enclosure for containers used to hold solid waste and/or
recyclable materials for collection.
Please submit a minimum $700 inspection deposit prior to construction to the Land
Development Division of the Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA
95965. An encroachment permit is required prior to any work performed within the County
right-of-way.
