We sent you a warning letter dated February 28, 1992 notifying you that
you are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced loca-
tion. As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain final inspections and approvals for gas piping, heat-
ing and air conditioning prior to expiration of the permits in vio-
lation of 1985 Uniform Plumbing Code adopted. by Section 28-1 of the
Butte County Code and 1985 Uniform Mechanical Code adopted by Section
26B-1 of the Butte County Code as follows:

The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit
