Health Violations -
Dear Mrs. Durfee:
This is a warning letter to notify you that you are in violation
of the Butte County Code, as follows, at the above -referenced
location:
You have installed a 2nd dwelling which is not an allowed
use in an AR -MH -1 (Agricultural Residential - Mobile Home -
1 acre parcels) zone. You are directed to remove the
trailer or place it in dead storage, or apply for a
conditional land use permit pursuant to Section 24-304 for
consideration of a second dwelling on the subject property.
You have 10 days to voluntarily comply. The Building
Department is also concerned (as their letter dated 11-23-88
indicates) because you have placed and occupied the 2nd
dwelling , without permits. - The Environmental Health
Department will be made aware of this matter because.of the
attachment to :the septic tank without the required permits.
The Building and Environmental Health Departments will not
issue permits until such time as a conditional use permit
has been approved for.the 2nd dwelling.
You should be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code
Enforcement program, that seeks voluntary compliance with the.
Butte County Code, but provides an affective means of enforcement
if -compliance. is not obtained. If voluntary compliance is not
obtained, enforcement will be pursued through the issuance of
citations, fines, and recording Notices of Violation.

Installed-asedond mobilehome on property zoned ARMH-4.,
Since permits and inspections are required for the above work,,please contact
this office within ten days of the date of this letter, 'Submit two complete
sets -of plans, apply for.the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees.
'All work must stop until. these permits are' issued anid'you are authorized
by our field' inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made
until the existing work -is inspected and approved.
Please be aware that Butte County has entered' into a Code Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but -provides
an effective means. of enforcement i 'f such compliance, isnot obtained. If
-voluntary compliance is .'not obtained,, enforcement will be. pursued through
