You are directed to remove the trailer or place it in dead storage, or apply for a conditional land use permit pursuant to Section 24-304 for consideration of a second dwelling on the subject property. You have 10 days to voluntarily comply. The Building Department is also concerned (as their letter dated 11-23-88 indicates) because you have placed and occupied the 2nd dwelling , without permits. - The Environmental Health Department will be made aware of this matter because.of the attachment to :the septic tank without the required permits. The Building and Environmental Health Departments will not issue permits until such time as a conditional use permit has been approved for.the 2nd dwelling. You should be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code Enforcement program, that seeks voluntary compliance with the. Butte County Code, but provides an affective means of enforcement if -compliance. is not obtained.
