The applicant shall comply with all measures stated in his letter of June I, 1989, and in his application for environmental review (see attachments I and 2 to this Initial study). 7. The applicant shall adhere to all hazardous materials and hazardous waste regulations as defined in the California Health and Safety Code and E.P.A. 8. The applicant shall adhere to automobile and tire storage guidelines provided by the Butte County Mosquito Abatement District. 9. Should any prehistoric or historic cultura-I materials be encountered during project operations, all work should cease Immediately pending an Inspection of the site and materials by a qualified professional archaeologist. This person would be able to assess -site significance and suggest mitigation measures. 10`.
