Dear Ms. Erlinger:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on
November 14, 1994, the Committee granted a conditional. Certificate of Compliance for
the above -referenced property. The condition is:
1. Provide two-way traversable access to the property from a publicly maintained road..
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you
sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's
decision. If the condition is cleared prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean"
certificate with no conditions will be recorded.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this office Monday
