This is a formal warning notice. Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCC)
Section 41-2, we sent you a courtesy notice dated January 3, 1995 notifying
you that you are in violation of the BCC at the above -referenced location.
As.of this date, the following violations still exist:
Failure to obtain permits, inspections and approvals from this office
for mobilehomes, travel trailers and campers in violation of the Mobile -
home Parks Act of title 25, California Code of Regulations, adopted
by Section 28A-1 of the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) 1018=P-ermits Required for any Plumbing or Electric
(b) 1048 -Inspections Required for any Plumbing or Electric
(c) 1324 -Permits Required for Mobilehome Installation
(d)'1326 -Inspections Required for Mobilehome Installation
You are in violation of the Butte County Zoning Code as follows:
(a) Butte County Code Section 24-94--ARMH-1 zone allows one (1) single
family dwelling per parcel.
The above violations shall be corrected or abated by removal of the mobile -
homes, campers and travel trailers from the property or by ceasing and
desisting occupancy or use of the units.
You are in violation of Section 24-64 as follows:
(a) ARMH-1 zone does not authorize large accumulations of junk.
In order to comply with the Butte County Code, you are hereby requested
to remove all junk from the property.

This is your final warning. Unless you contact this .office and make the
proper arrangements to correct or abate the .violation(s) voluntarily, within
ten 10 days from the date of this letter, enforcement shall be pursued
through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for
said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this warning letter.
Upon conviction. of said violation(s) or of -failing to comply with this
letter, the court shall impose penalties (fines) and a Notice of Violation
shall be recorded .in accordance with Butte County Code Section 41-7. The
Notice of Violation shall include a description of the premises the violation
concerns, a description of the violation, the date of your conviction and
the action necessary to correct or abate the violation(s).

This is a courtesy notice to notify you that you are in violation of the
Butte County Code, as follows, at the above -referenced location.
Placed additional living units (mobilehomes, travel trailers and
campers) on your property that are not permitted in ARMH-1 zone. Also
there is a large accumulation of junk on the property that 'is in vio-
violation of the code.
Since the additional living units are not. permitted in the zone, the mobile -
homes, travel trailers and campers must' be removed from the property or
the occupancy must cease and desist immediately and the units must be placed
in dead storage. Also the junk must be removed from the property.
It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the Butte County
Code. . However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active Code
Enforcement .Program which provides an effective means of enforcement if
voluntary compliance is not obtained. Enforcement may be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation
including a description of the action necessary to abate the violation.'
You have thirty (30) days to voluntarily comply with the above directions
or to present an acceptable plan for abatement or corrective actions to

I understand from, discussions with Jeff Madden regarding the
above parcel that you already have a file started on this parcel.
I recently received another complaint(s) about the parcel
(attached). I drove by on June 1, 1993 and observed conditions
estentially like those shown in Jeff's photos of February 16,
1993. With your follow-up illegal dwelling letter I'd like to
suggest you include mention of a garbage problem under Sec. 31.8
and a junk and public view problem under Sec. 11.4 also. Be
cautious with this one there were several people "hanging around"
this and the immediately adjoining parcels to the north. Please
cc me a copy of the letter for our file.
