Dear Mr. Youmans:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on June 13, 2002,
the Committee granted a Certificate of Correction to modify a recorded parcel map as follows:
1. Provide appropriate recording fees for recording proposed Certificate of Correction and
Exhibit "A". Current estimated cost is $13.00 (1 page Certificate and 2 pages for Exhibit
„A„)
2. Change Exhibit "A: to page 1 only.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return
the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision. If the conditions are
cleared prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean” certificate with no conditions will be recorded
upon receipt of correct recording fees.
