As of this date, the following violations still exist. Failure to obtain permits to install utilities and mobilehome in vio- lation of the Mobilehome Parks Act of Title 25, California Code of Regulations, adopted by Section 287A of the Butte County Code as follows: (a) Permits Required for Mobilehome Utilities -=1018 (b) Inspections Required for for Mobilehome Utilities --1048 (c) Permit Required for Mobilehome Installation --1324 (d) Inspections Required for Mobilehome Installation --1326 The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for the required permits and paying the appropriate fees within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter or by removing the mobilehome from the property. Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please contact this office within ten days, of the date of this letter, submit two complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees. All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized by our field inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made until the existing work is inspected and approved. Please be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code Enforcement Program that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides an effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not obtained. If voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement will be pursued through the issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of Violation. Glander JFG/aj Chief Building Inspector M E M O To: Building Department From: Jeff MADDEN Re: AP# 028-240-320, Wa ne Clem Way Date: 5-4-92 An inspection of 028-240-320 on 4-24-92 revealed that the mobilehome has been removed from the parcel. I believe that all of the violations referred to in the 30 -day warning notice, dated 7-15-91, have been abated. Tom HUGHES and I worked an Environmental Health case on this parcel previously which resulted in a misdemeanor conviction of Joseph Calvin WOODS Junior. WOODS Junior was convicted on 7-29-91 in case #CR -16490 and was placed on one year probation. The owner of the property is Joseph Calvin WOODS Senior. In the Building file there was a request to refund the permit fee with a note from Jim GLANDER, dated 8-19-91, "Do not refund until violation removed". The Junior has tried to pass himself off as the owner in the past. If the fee has not allready been refunded you may wish to verify which "Joe WOODS" is entitled to a refund. Please provide me with verification that a citation is no longer required for this location. jdM
