(2) Make the building weather-tite, repair .any broken windows and repair the weather damaged ceiling, walls and floors. (3) Provide n handrail on the roar stairs, (4) Provide handicapped access to the front porch. (I suggest off the east side of the front porch.) You may also be able to provide some fill material to reduce the overall size and length of the ramp. Ramp slope maximum 1:12.
