The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. On November 21, 1985, I visited the property and the tenants permitted me to inspect their rental dwelling. The following conditions were observed which are in violation of the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1, Sections 32,34; and the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3.(a)(1)(5)(6)(14), (b)(3), (d), and (e); and the Butte County Code, Chapter 19, Section 19-4; and which pose health or safety hazards to the tenants. 1. Toilet does not drain properly with frequent overflows which leak into adjoining bedroom (walls stained in bedroom). 2. Electric wiring is hazardous with open splice on water heater service, open circuit at dryer connection, and exposed unprotected wiring in small bedroom next to bathroom. 5.
