Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of said
Section -35; 'thence North along the West line of said Section 35, a
distance of. 1353 feet; thence East a distance of 412.5 -feet; thence
South a distance of 726 feet to the'true point -of beginning for the
parcel of land herein described; thence from sazd true point of
beginning, East a distance of 841.5 feet; thence South'a distance of
