Dear Mr. Ford,
You have requested the Building Division review historical records for the referenced parcels
and indicate what permits have been issued on those parcels.
I have reviewed the files of the reference parcels and find the following permits have been
issued:
028-330-019:
BP# 97-1274 issued 7/8/1997 to Robert and Linda Ford for a new single family dwelling of 1713
square feet living area, 678 square foot garage, and covered and open decks. This building was
inspected and received a final inspection on 6/19/1998.
028-330-020:
MHU Permit # 6315-78 issued 1/15/79 to Robert Seelye for the installation of mobilehome
utilities.
MHU Permit # 229-83 issued 1/27/83 to Robert Seelye for the completion of utility service
installations authorized on MHU Permit #6315-78.
MHI Permit # 230-83 issued 2/25/83 to Robert Seelye for the installation of a 12' X 65'
mobilehome.
Inspections were performed on MHU permits and clearance granted to issued MHI permit.
There is no evidence of inspections requested or performed on MHI Permit.
