Range 5 East, M.D.B. & M.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way for road purposes over a strip of land 60.0 feet in width, lying adjacent to
and easterly of the following described line:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the south half of the south half of the south half of the southwest
quarter of said Section 8;
THENCE north along the west line of said Section 8 to a point on the south line of the Mission Olive Orchard
Company Tract, as described in Book 127 of deeds, at page 350, records of Butte County, California, and
the end of said line.

THENCE South 890 24' 00" East, along the southerly line and the easterly extension thereof, a distance of
766.29 feet to a point that bears South 890 24'00" East, 60.0 feet from the southeast corner of said Mission
Olive Orchard Company Tract and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING for the line herein described;
THENCE North 890 24' 00" West, along the easterly and westerly extension of the southerly line of said
Mission Olive Orchard Company Tract, a distance of 1980.0 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection
with the southerly extension of the most Westerly line of the Mission Olive Orchard Company Tract;
THENCE north along the southerly extension of the westerly line of said Mission Olive Orchard Company
Tract, and along the westerly line of said Mission ,Olive Orchard Company Tract to Mission Olive County
Road and the end of said line.
INFORMATION NOTE: Prior to grading, a Construction Storm Water Permit will be
required by the State Water Resources Control Board if the project results in a disturbance
(including clearing, excavation, filling, and grading) of one or more acres. The permit must
be obtained from the State Water Resources Control Board prior to construction.
INFORMATION NOTE: There will be a 100 -foot sewage disposal setback from North
Honcut Creek and from all wells and a 50 -foot setback from all drainages.
INFORMATION NOTE: Residential structures shall be placed a minimum of 175 feet
from the south property line and 300 feet from the west property line.
INFORMATION NOTE: All new structures must meet the fire safe regulations of the
Butte County Code and Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291.
