Environmental Health issues permits for installation of domestic wells and sewage disposal (septic tank and leaching system). The Building Division issues permits for mobilehome utilities (MHU) and mobilehome installation (MHI). MHU and MHI permits, inspections, and approvals are conducted in accordance with Title 25, California Code of Regulations, California Health and Safety Code and the Butte County Code. A MHU permit is issued to install the appropriate electrical, gas, water and sewer wiring or piping necessary to serve the mobilehome. Utility wiring or piping is inspected and approved prior to the issuance of a MHI permit. This approval is an interim approval, and no authorization is granted to the serving utility companies (P.G. & E., etc) to energize the utility wiring or piping. A MHI permit is issued upon inspection approval of the utilities if all other required information has been submitted to complete processing of the MHI permit. This permit allows for placement of the mobilehome on the site. Placement includes proper blocking and bracing to support the mobile - home, connection to all utility wiring and piping, and performance of required testing. Inspection of the mobilehome includes review of all blocking, bracing, connection piping and wiring, and witnessing of tests on electrical grounding, and water, drain, and gas piping internal to the mobilehome. Environmental Health issues permits for installation of domestic wells and sewage disposal (septic tank and leaching system). The Building Division issues permits for mobilehome utilities (MHU) and mobilehome installation (MHI). MHU and MHI permits, inspections, and approvals are conducted in accordance with Title. 25, California Code of Regulations, California Health and Safety Code and the Butte County Code. A MHU permit is issued to install the appropriate electrical, gas, water and sewer wiring or piping necessary to serve the mobilehome. Utility wiring or.piping Iis inspected and approved prior to the issuance of a MHI permit. This approval is an interim approval, and no authorization is granted to the serving utility companies (P.G. & E., etc) to energize the utility wiring or piping. A MHI permit is issued upon inspection approval of the utilities if all other required information has been submitted to complete processing of the MHI permit. IThis permit allows for placement of the mobilehome on the site. Placement includes proper blocking and bracing to support the mobile - home; connection to all utility wiring and piping, and performance of required testing. Inspection of the mobilehome includes review of all blocking, bracing, connection piping and wiring, and witnessing of tests on electrical grounding, and water, drain, and gas piping internal to the mobilehome. Upon approval of these items by the inspector, authorization is granted to the' utility serving companies to energize utility facilities and a Certificate of Occupancy is granted. A11 requested information was submitted by 30 May '1995 and MHI Permit #94-3307 was issued 21 June 1995.
