This Certificate of Compliance -is hereby issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of '
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property location: West side of Oro .Bangor Hwy. approx.
3/4 mile south of Swedes Flat Rd.,
Bangor.area.
2. Assessor's Parcel Number: 28-32-184
Description: All that certain property located in the County
of Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
The South half of the South half of the South half of the Northeast
quarter of Section 8, Township 18 North, Range 5 East, M.D.B. & M.,
lying Westerly of the Oroville.Bangor County Road.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 300 feet thereof.
Said property being a portion of Lot 81 as shown on that certain map
entitled, "Official Map of Aiken Loam Tract No. 1", which map was filed
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
September 11, 1928 in Book 8 of Maps, at pages 43A and 44A.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following
conditions which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code
Chapter 20-167 and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect
the public health and public safety.
1. Applicant show that there is a suitable site for sewage disposal
system on the property.
2. Applicant provide evidence.that domestic water is available.

At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held January 24, 1979, the Committee voted to issue a conditional Certificate
of Compliance with the following conditions:
1. Applicant show that there is a suitable site for sewage disposal system
on the property.
2. Applicant provide evidence that domestic water is available.
If you wish this to be a non -conditional Certificate of Compliance, you will
have co meet these requirements prior to recordation of this instrument.
