Bruyer, AP 28-27-125, southwest of Oro Bangor Hwy, and La Porte Rd. appp ox. 2600 ft. Apbroximately 1800 ft, West of La Porte Rd. Bangor area. Mr. Mendonsa said this one is under court judgment. A conditional Certificate of Compliance can be issued noting a building permit', can be :issued because the area is under court judgement and has not been brought up to' standards. Mr. Mendonsa said this committee would only be saying that a -building permit could be issued on the property, provided the conditions are net. Mr. Mendonsa stated: I will make a motion to issue a conditional Certificate of Compliance to Robert J. Bruyer for property identified as AP 28-27-125 noting that this parcel has an existing Notice.of Violation; the area is under court judgment to be brought up to county standards. Also noting that it would not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare of the people of the surrounding area to issue this conditional. Certificate of Compliance. Noting that with this conditional Certificate of Compliance it . would be proper to issue a building permit on the property providing that all requirements for the building permit are met. The conditions are; public Works conditions; 1. Verify legal access. 2. Provide traversable access to a county maintained road from the parcel. Health Department conditions: 3. State and County laws do not permit the Butte County Building Department to issue permits on any parcel so noticed until a "Certificate of Compliance" is issued and its conditions have been satisfied.. Enclosed are a couple of applications to start the process of compliance. Please complete one (1) copy and return along with the $100.00 fee to the address in the heading; Should you have any questions concerning this, please contact the Land Development Section of the Department of Public Works, John Mendonsa, 534-4339. A site inspection reveals two (2) travel trailers installed and a structure constructed without the required permits. This parcel is toned A-5 which does not permit twc (2) living units, nor does it, permit trailers less than 500 sq.ft. One (1) temporary travel trailer less than 500 sq.ft. would be permitted.,during the Construction of a.dwelling.
