On January 8, 2002 an inspection was conducted by this department. The owner (Ben Culet) and tenants are not currently occupying the structure. The structure at this site has numerous electrical hazards including but not limited to open conductors and conductor splices, unprotected conductors, and a lack of proper grounding and bonding.
