During the recent Final Building inspection activities onsite with ARB, Inc., it was
brought to my attention that a copy of the inspection reports completed by Applied
Testing Corporation (ATC) during the,course of the project had not. been sent -to..,,.. .
Butte County Building Division to demonstrate construction quality.
Attached please find one complete copy of all independent test reports completed
by ATC for onsite services, concrete placement, 'reinforcing placement, concrete
compression testing, and structural steel erection both torquing.
With submittal of this information, I trust that all is in order for Final Inspection
signoffs. Thank you.
