The State saps the power of the'People ,t through excessive taxation; they have +f destroyed the autonomy of our Counties, reducing them to fiscal and political beg- gars that, out of their own necessity, resort to laying even more fees and taxes upon us, without our consent. The State has so crippled the People's economic opportunity that many are unable to buy, build or even rent their own homes. The State has destroyed the value of our currency by substituting legal tender paper for the lawful tender of gold and silver coin as required by.the Constitution. They have ravaged our present existence and compromised our children's future by laying excessive taxes upon us, without our consent. They have caused us to become a debtor nation by accumulating a huge and fictitious debt that they want to lay upon our children. ThesState has destroyed the unity and the composition of the American family. Our children are taken to inadequate but compulsory obedience schools(f) that increase drug awareness at the expense of literacy and academic competence. Many of our children are left home alone because both parents hustle to pay the ever-increasing, burden of faxes, tees, interest and insurance scams that the State lays upon us. Our older generation is put into old -folk homes denying the wisdom of the past to us and to our chil- dren. - The State has fundamentally altered the forms of our governments by ignor-. Ing our charters and our most valuable laws. Our Magna Carta, our Bill of Rights and our Declaration of independence have, become mere empty words, barely mentioned inpassing through America's classrooms. Our basic rights are surren- dered to profit the bar members of the new State Courts of •Star-Chamber,(2) .with few jurors in sight. Tyranny revisits Reason Ts the Light of Men, but the State revolts against the very spirit of our Common Law replacing it with statutory acts of legalism andpretended legislation that are so many and so complicated that the average citizen cannot obey, or understand, or even know where to find them all. The State now wants to deny us the traditional benefits of Trial by Jury, the safeguard of liberty, and subject us to a jurisdiction that is absolutely foreign to our nature. They deny to our jurors the equal standing, with which we are all endowed by treating jurors as if they were inferior to their judges; they confuse them with lengthy instructions to fatigue them into compliance with their measure and make them incapable of rendering true verdicts according to their own reasoning and con- science --they make our jurors dependent on the will of the State alone. The State approves of certain religions and persecutes those which do not comp- ly with their capricious requirements. They have arbitrarily prohibited traditional medicines and religious Sacraments, call- ing them drugs to vilify them, without the constitutional consent of the People. They have deified the god of the Dollar Bill and trust in him alone. The State- keeps standing armies among us even in times of peace. They value military solutions as superior to Peaceful ones and disregard Einstein's maxim that peace cannot be enforced for it can only be achieved through understanding. They have turned Amer- ica into a televised police state, erected a multitude of offices and sent swarths of bureaucrats, tax -collectors, inspectors and agents, even in helicopters, to harass our people. They disturb our peaceful countryside, spy upon our privacy, and generally destroy our lives, our liberty and our pursuit of happiness. The State follows genocide schemes against minorities provokes insurrections and creates division among us through media lies and deceptive propaganda We have been encouraged to hate Indians, Blacks, Mexicans, Spaniards, Germans, Italians, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Koreans, Russians, Arabs, Nicaraguans, Cubans, ourselves and anyone who opposes the State's scheme to subject us, divided, to their mad New World Order. The State abandonsgov- emment of every minority group they select for persecution, by declaring war against us and denying us justice. The prison population of the Land of the Free and especially of California is the. highest in the world; it surpasses even South Africa's Apartheid policies in incarcerating Black People. by unlawfully investing itself with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever, the State has made crimes out of things that are not crimes and filled their prisons and other compulsory institutions with People who should be Free. The State undermines the authority of their own legal system. Atter hearing testimony about Marijuana's superior medicinal power over many prescribed Udrugs, Francis L. Young, a Drug Enforcement Administration Judge decided, "marijuana is far safer than many foods we commonly consume. It is Physically impossible to eat enough mari- juana to induce death. It would be unreasonable, arbitrary and capricious for DEA to continue to stand between those sufferers and the benefits of this substance, In light of the evidence In this record;'(3) and recommended strong- ly that Cannabis be rescheduled for medical use, but the DEA refuses to do so. Hemp is a Divine Creation which politicallypowerful corporations have pro- hibited through misinformation. The pharmaceutical corporations and the FDA system which was constructed for them, as the record also tells us, benefit greatly from hemp prohibition. The legal system' is obviously estab- lished more for the.benefit of these cor- porations and that of the court and its friends, the attorneys and their Bar Asso- ciations, than for that of the People. While State legislatures extend an unwarranted jurisdiction over us, the executive branch enforces it,the Appellate Courts uphold it, and the Supreme Court declines to hear the argument that the rights enumerated In our Magna Carta, our Declaration of Independence and our bill of Rights are Inalienable and therefor. cannot be waived. -.Only the People, not the courts themselves, can hear, understand and resolve our situation through the tradi- tional Trial by Jury. I have no quarrel with society and I sin- cerely believe that if.we,are to be,judged or ppunished,for a''criminal act," it is our inalienable .right 'to be judged- by our peers; by our neighbors, by the People themselves, that ,has always been the the voice of justice.
