Please review the following deficiencies and complete the necessary repairs. Some recommendations have been noted. DEFT ENCIES*** 1 Front door has been damaged where lock mechanism is located. Window in dining room where air cooler is located has rotted wood. RECOMMENDATIONS Install a lock. that will be secure or replace door. Replace all rotted wood or window. Small hole in wall of dining room. Fill in hole. V;7y Water stains on ceiling throughout house. Check roof -may need to replace. J Floor feeIs unstable in various areas throughout house. Roof probably needs to be replaced. Replace all rotted wood. Sand and remove all peeling paint and apply two (2) coats of non -lead paint. Replace all rotted wood. Install foundation. RECOMMENDATIONS Remove addition replace all rotte wood and sand and remove all peeling paint and apply two (2) coats of non -lead paint.
