During inspection of the above unit, the following items were
found to be below Section 8 or Mod Rehab Housing Quality
Standards.
Please review the following deficiencies and complete the
necessary repairs. Some recommendations have been noted.

During inspection of the above unit, the following items were
found to be below Section 8 or Mod Rehab Housing Quality
Standards.
Please review the following deficiencies and complete the
necessary repairs. Some recommendations have been noted.

8. Utility area at back of house has some
peeling paint.
9. Hot water heater has no pop-off valve
and a discharge line could not be located
10. Left rear bedroom has a broken window
with many sharp edges exposed -safety
hazard. There is also peeling paint.
11. Some tile missing off bathroom wall.
12. Left front bedroom has a broken lock
on the window. There is also peeling
paint.
13. Wash basin has large cracked area with
pieces missing.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Make any repairs or replacements
necessary.
Sand and remove all peeling paint
and apply two .(2) coats of non -
lead paint.
Install pop-off valve and discharge
line.
Replace glass Sand and remove all
peeling paint and apply two (2)
coats of non -lead paint.
Replace all missing tile.
Replace lock on window.V/Sand and
remove all peeling paint and apply
two (2) coats of "non -lead paint.
Replace wash basin.
Door may just need sanding or
planing.
Install lock.
Remove.old wiring.
Replace missing or damaged siding.
Roof probably needs to be replaced.
Replace all rotted wood.
Sand and remove all peeling paint
and apply two (2) coats of non -lead
paint.
Replace all rotted wood.
. Install foundation.
This will be remidied when a new
foundation is installed.

rot and peeling paint.

wobbly.

under siding and all of the outside

29. All wood in arbor appears to have
dry rot.
30. Crawl space on east side of house not
securely attached to house.
V31. Sidewalk leading up to front door has a
break where someone could trip.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Remove addition replace all rotten
wood and sand and remove all peeling
paint -and apply two (2) coats of
non -lead paint.'

draining system could be set up.
