Butte County Assessor's records indicate that you own or control the property. On December 29, 1998, an inspection was made regarding the complaint and the following condition was observed which is in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a) 12; (d); (e); (g); which pose health and safety hazards to the occupants and render the dwelling substandard. This letter is your thirty (30) day warning letter to correct or abate the following violation: 1. Infestation of insects.. 2. Unprotected electrical splices 'on exterior walls. 3. Unapproved electrical wire, exterior wall. 4. Unprotected electrical wire, exterior wall. 5. Dead front missing- from main electrical service panel. 6. Missing electrical face plates. However, you should be advised that Butte County has an active code enforcement program which provides an effective means of enforcement. A re -inspection will be made to determine compliance. If voluntary compliance with this notice is not accomplished by correction of the above -referenced violations, enforcement may be pursued through the issuance of a citation to appear in the Butte County Municipal Court. Upon conviction and per. Section 41-7 of the Butte County Code, violators may be fined and a Notice of Violation may be recorded which include a description of the action necessary to correct the violation.
