The hearing was opened to the public. Gary Anthis, Americor, representing R Z Inc., stated that this was a' request to extend 10' to add on a small room. He stated that one concern was traffic. The hearing was closed. Commissioner Lambert was concerned with traffic. she stated that there are traffic, problems there already. Commissioner Walter was concerned with exit close to the curb. He could riot make -the findings for a variance, Chairman Vercruse discussed the different uses in the neighborhood. Commissioner Lambert stated that access was a problem. She could; not justify this proposal. Commissioner Lynch stated that some of the problems might be'elimated if relignment of access drive was behind the storage building. Mr. Anthis stated that they could limit present egress and ingress to exit only and it would help with the traffic problems. He stated that efficiency wise this proposal worked the best.
