The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. On September 4, 1986, I visited the property and the tenant permitted me to inspect the stairways. Both exhibit weakness, and deterioration. The rear stairs lacked a handrail. -There was no porch or landing on either stairs. These conditions are in violation of the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 2, Subchapter 1, Article 9, Section 1496, 1498, 1502, and 1504, and present hazards to the tenants. To comply, make the following corrections within THIRTY (30) DAYS from. receipt of this notice.
