This limited use facility shall be utilized in compliance with those limitations prescribed by the California Building Code occupancy classification assigned by the building official, except the following uses are not allowed: the sunroom will not be used for sleeping or cooking. Additionally, this structure will not be heated or cooled. If any provision of these restrictions`. is held to be invalid or for any reason becomes unenforceable, no other provision shall be thereby affected or impaired. If any provision of these restrictions is held to be invalid or for any reason becomes unenforceable, no other provision shall be thereby affected or impaired.
