RE: Septic Application @ 580 Rockin H Circle, Rv # 007-260-090
Dear Mr. McKinney,
An application was taken out from our Department to install a 1 bedroom septic system
for a 12 x 60 mobile at the above mentioned location. After further review of the file a
complaint was filled in Dec. 05 in regards to the installation of a septic without permits.
A site visit was conducted on April 10, 2006 and per our phone conversation the 1
bedroom system was installed, but will be destroyed upon the completion of the city
sewer project at this location. In order for our dept. to process your application and to
resolve this complaint the following items will be required from our Dept.:
• Scaled plot plan showing the location of the septic tank and leach field.
Verify tank size and rock tonnage to insure proper system size.
• Show any wells and the distances from the installed septic system.
• A floor plan of the mobile that is connected to the system..
Also be advised that this appears to be the 3`d dwelling on this parcel and may require an
additional permit from building/planning Division. A copy of this letter will be
forwarded to Butte County Code Enforcement.
