The additional items that would be required, should you decide to proceed with this project, would be: Adequate foundation, properly sized roof framing members, conformance with National Electric Code requirements, water heater, weep screed on stucco, attic ventilation, conformance with Title 24 energy requirements and conform- ance with a minimum five foot sideyard setback. In addition to the above requirements, it was noted by a review of our records and the Assessor's records that the conversion of the main house to a duplex was not done with permits and appears to have been done within the last five years.
