The Commission waived the reading of the Staff Findings. "Videos of both sites were
shown.
Cbairman Ostrowski noted a fax received by the Commission between, ;Cal Nater Solvi-ce
and the neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Lalagenas, regarding an: agreement.
Commissioner )Lynch noted the comments from the Department of Forestry "wbirhskitfas'

Staff said it appears vehicles would not reach the tanks from the driveway. Staff mod

Doug Chandler, representative of Cal Water, said ConVault tanks are easier to wonjtor
than uncgerground tanks. He said underground tames are single wall and ConVault t(glks"1
are double walled which has less chance of leakage.
