Arrived at the job site at 12:30 P.M. for special inspection of epoxy anchorage. The anchorage included five holdown anchors epoxied into the existing concrete foundations. The shear wall line included in this inspection was along Line "B". v The location of four holdo,,ns was on each side of an existing sliding glass door. The fth holdoxvr was located close to where the new shower will be installed. It should be noted that the length of the two shear walls at the existing sliding glass door do not match the plans. An addendum to the plans will need to be addressed at a later date. Simpson ET22 epoxy was thoroughly mixed and injected into each hole in sufficient quantity to cause exudation of the epoxy when the dowel was inserted LO the end of the hole. The dowels were rotated to insure good contact with the epoxy. Based on my observation of the work describe above, it is my opinion that the installations were done in compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Departed the job site at 1:00 P.M.
