INSTRUCTIONS TO USE PERMIT APPLICANTS
1. If applicant is not the owner, written authorization by ,the owner or other proof of agencymust
be submitted in order for the applicant to legally 4ign the application. Application, shall be
considered void if not signed by the owner or legal, agent.
2. All items on application shall be filled in as completely as possible, If an item is not appli-
cable, Tease indicateby the term "NA".
8. It is important that the applicant supply an accurate description of thze location of the proposed
project, including the followings'
a. Assessor's parcel numbers) (from the tax bills or Assessor's maps).
b. Street addresses (ifavailabl,e).
c, Distances and directions to named streets, bodies of water or railroads.'
Twenty-four (744) copies of a detailed plot plan of adequate scale to clearly show proposed build
ings and improvements, folded to 8Y2 x 1.1 inches, shall accompany and be made part: of the
"Application for Use Permit". If the use permit is approved, .the plot plan becomes the ap-
proved development plan for the property,The Plot plan shall include the following information:
