Mr. Jensen This is to advise you that pursuant to Section 19-19 of the Butte County Code, the Board of Supervisors has approved a variance to Sections.19-10 and 19-12 of the Butte County Code for the placement of a mobile home on your property located at Route 2, Box 601, Gridley. 22-24-91 Street Address API This variance was granted on March 21, 1978 and includes the.follotving conditions: date 1) The variance is granted only for a'term of one year. At the end of one year.you must apply for a new variance if the use .is to continue.. 2) If the applicant residing in the mobile home or conventional residence moves to another.location or is deceased, the vari- ance automatically expires and the mobile home shall be removed within 30 days. If the mobile home is not removed.within 30. days, the County may remove said mobile home and store it at the owner's expense. 3) The mobile home shall be placed on the property without violating any of the setback requirements of the zone in which the property is located. 4) The applicant shall secure all necessary sewage disposal, electrical., plu-nbing and building.,permits necessary to installthe nobile home.
