abandonment. He said the property would stay in the County. He said a 60 ft, zi till

along the southerly right-oPvvay line of Chico. Canyon Road, identified as .AP 01.1
059, Chico.
Recently enacted legislation (AB 3158, Chapter 1706, Statutes of 1990, effective Sa.rtvaq,
1, 1991) requires that the Department of Fish atad Game ,impose and collect filing: S
specified to defray the cost of managing a.nd protecting fish and wildlife tj-jl
resources. These filing fees are collected during the 'envi.ronmental review piocesg, gt)d
are to be paid at the Time the County files a "Notice of Exemption" with the Cod#1
Clerk of the County in which the prod Nt is located. This procedure is required purs' AT.4
