December 7, 1987, the agency approved the Boundary Linc Modification
on the zbove-referenced property, noting that the project is
categorically exempt from environmental review and subject to the
conditions of approval. listed on the attachod sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed—within ten. (10) days of the date of
the Advisory Agency's approval --with the Cleric of the Board of
Supervisors this action will be final:.
The conditions of approval mast be complied with within twenty-four
months from t:he date of approval by the Advisory ,Agency.
