1. Morris Qoeger and Tim Cusick, AP 11-34-113 and 122, on the east
side of Centerville Rd., approx. 4500 ft. south of its -intersection
with Feel l town Rd. Centerville area. Engineer: Sierra l,,lest
Surveying
Mr. Mendonsa said that the engineer would not appear.

Mr. Reid stated: noting that the project is exempt from environmental
reivew, I will make a motion to approve the boundary line modification`
of Morris Boe ger and Tim Cusick on AP `11-34-113 and 122. Approval is
subject to the following conditions:
Public Works conditions:
I. :Prepare necessary deeds for rec rr';ation. 8.ubmit to Department of
Public Works for checking.
2. Verify that partial reconveyance •-all or modification of trust deeds has
been accomplished, if necessary.
3. Verify that there are no deiinuent tees due prior to 1'r Wr;rling deeds
or ,ma p.
11. Prepare plat map showing approved boundary line modification and
sul)mit to Department of Public Works for checking, apprc sal and
recording
5. After recordation if deed,, contact the Assessor's ),Lfict and request
that the necessary pa- �s be combined so that no nrrw pArcels are created.
6. Show all easen;ento of record 1-M the final map or plat.

Dear Mr. Boeger and Cusick:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency held
on September 23, 1985, the agency approved your boundary line
modification on the above -referenced property, noting that the
project is categorically exempt from environmental review and
subject to the conditions listed on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed --within ten 00) days of the date
of •the Advisory Agency's approval --with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, this action will be final.
The conditions of approval must be met within twenty-four months
from the date of approval by the Advisory Agency.
