BU COUNTY ADVISORY AGENCY MINUTES Puge 3
November 4, 1985
Mr. Reid asked if on parcel I the homesite would be on the high ground,
and reach the usable sewage disposal area by gravity flow.
Mr. McEnespy said that was correct,
14r. Reid said that with setbacks off the lake, there would be no usable
area on parcel 2; A letter should be Submitted asking for an r;xception.
Mr. VlcEnespy said they would, request an exception based upon
Existing development,
CLOSET
Mr. Reid stated: having reviewed the environmental review checklist and
the Planning Director's Report of Oct. 24, 1985, and the conversations at
this meting, I will make a motion to grant a mitigated negative declaration
of environmental impact for the John D. Drake tentative parcel map to create
2 parcels on AP 11-41-130 and 147 and 146 ptn , finding that the project
eould have an effect on the environment, but will not have a significant
oi"fact in this case provided the required mitigation measures etre complied
with. Those mitigation measures are #1 and 2 as listed within the Flannitig
Director's Report of Oct. 24, 1985, with a change ;in mitigati-on A. Mit gn.tifln
#1 wording to state: "structural" instead of "non-strucbUrtl1." 'Phe motion is
made noting that the project is in conformance with the Butte County General
Plan and Butte County Zoning. Motion seconded by'ivir. Streeter who also noted
that the mitigation measure #1 should include the words, "setback buffer along.
Butte Creek on the final map," MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Nir..Reid stated: noting that a mitigated negative declaration was adopted
this date, I will make a motion to approve the parcel map of John D. Drake
to create 2 parcels on AP 11-41-130, 1.47 and. 146 ptn., ;noting that there is .
an exception being granted at this time for the usable area on parcel 1, finding
that the parcel is currently developed. Approval is subject to the following
conditions:
