Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCC), Section 41-2, we sent you a Courtesy Notice dated January 4, 1999, notifying you that you are in violation of the BCC at the above - referenced location. As of this date, the following violations still exist: BCC Section 31-50- Failure to Remove Solid Waste (Tires) You are hereby directed to contact a licensed waste tire hauler to remove all waste tires from the site. These tires must be disposed of at an approved facility. You should obtain from the hauler a waste tire manifest for all tires and have the manifest available for audit. This is your final warning. Unless you contact this office and make the proper arrangements to correct or abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within ten (10) days from the date of this letter, enforcement may be pursued through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for said violation(s) and for failing to comply with this warning letter. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or failing to comply with this letter, the court shall impose penalties (fines) and a Notice of Violation shall be recorded in accordance with Butte County Code Section 41-7. The Notice of Violation shall include a description of the premises, the violation concerns, a description of the violation, the date of your conviction and the action necessary to correct or abate the violation(s). Glander Manager, Building Inspection On August 26, 1992, Scott Rutherford and I conducted a complaint investigation of Mr. Glenn's residense at 14151 Centerville Rd., Chico. We were escorted by Deputy Steven Pelton and- Deputy Jos VanHout of the Butte County Sherriff's Department. We found Mr. Glenn to be very cooperative in showing us around. We observed approximately 14 buildings, with and without electric power, ranging in size from approximately 200 to 2,000 sq. ft. These building include a two - seated outhouse, a shower building, misc. storage buildings and two buildings being used for residential pccupancy. None of these buildings would meet the minimum requirements of this Department and are unsanitary with the majority of them being hazardous and in danger of structural failure. In addition to these structures, we observed three mobile homes, partially blocked, approximately 30 - 35 automobiles, chicken coops; and miscellaneous items stored throughout the area we inspected.. We also noted hazardous electrical wiring throughout the various too many code violations to fist.
