The Butte County Department of Development Services, Planning Department, has reviewed the
submitted Environmental Health Application 011-400-030, and we require the following
information to continue the review process.
Environmental Health Approval Requirements
1. Creation Deed for APN: 011-400-030, the information that I have attached
is all the information that I.can find about creation of this parcel. The
parcel map that was approved and recorded in 1983 shows a parcel that
consists of 23.98 acres,. apparently the configuration of this parcel has
changed since this time. The Assessor's Inquiry shows a creating
document from 1984, so there may have been a lot line adjustment or
boundary line modification that. occurred that we do not have record of.
We need this information in order to approve this septic and well permit.
