This department has received complaints concerning the above
listed property'. The Butte County Assessor's records indicate
you -are the owner of the property.
The complaints allege that persons.are occupying dwellings
which are unsafe and hazardous to the.occupants. Inspection
o -f. the dwellings has not been made due to' the. access road to the
property being blocked by locked gates. In older to verify
that the dwellings are safe and pose no hazards to the occupants,
please contact me at'the above listed address within ten (10)
days of receipt of this letter and make arrangements for
inspection of the dwellings.
