I'm hopt>g to work on these violations during my Easter break, but I have several questions that need to be answered: 1) I need clarification on item #3 on 1348n (referred to as 13484_ in your report). There currently exists a 75' lcng French drain to the rear of the house that catches the major- ity of the water flowing toward the house and a 3" ABS pipe under the foundation that catches the residual. 2) I don't fully understand item #5 (on the same dwelling). The plans indicate that there is an opening 8040 window 'in the IR and a fan in the dining rooi,i. 3) -3ince 13486 I.Helltown Rd. is being converted to storage and is currently/will continue to be unoccupied, which of the 9 iters on that dwelling will continuz to be necessary?: 4) On the old (southerly) house, 13484 (not 13488), Ilm un- clear about item #5. Could you specify what you mean? • 5) Finally, I'm unsure about how to proceed with verifying sewage capacity for the old house.
