Lot 1 (AP 017-090-121) will not change in size (approx 204 acres). Lot 2 (AP 017-100-028) will add an additional 4.1 acres to increase to 65.6 acres. Lot 3 (AP 017-100-029) will be reduced by 4.1 acres to 68.6 acres. Parcels 017-100-028 and 029 are located on the W side of Centerville Road, approx 1,750 ft and 3,900 ft S, respectively, of Center Gap Road, at 12673 and 12671 Centerville Road, east of Chico. Parcel 017-090-121 is located at the end of Rim View Dr.. Engineer: Wesley E. Gilbert/Gilbert Engineering.
