At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on July 11, 1990, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the ins-
tallation and replacement of a sewage disposal system exists on the
property. If the site is in an area disturbed by mining, a special
engineered site may be required.
2. Verify legal access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road.
3. Provide two-way traversable access from a publicly maintained
road.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving,your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
