As part of the review process for your pre -application, our Division has assisted you with making determinations of usable area for installation of individual sewage disposal systems. Staff from this office observed and logged soil profiles on the property. Percolation rate tests and groundwater monitoring is not required for this project. A 18,000 square foot area has been designated for sewage disposal and meets Appendix VII requirements. With the completion of the aforementioned task, you can anticipate this Division's support of the project as presented with the following conditions: 1. Show on the additional map sheet the designated sewage disposal area and all setbacks from swales. The designated area is the area that was tested in-between the 50 feet from the midline of Centerville Road and 50 feet from the swale. An area approximately 18,000 square feet to be deemed usable septic area. 2. Place note on final map to maintain wells 100 feet away from usable septic area. This letter should not be construed as a blanket approval of your project since participation in the formal county process may change the project due to other agency requirements.
