The front portion of your property appears to have a 30 foot deeded road easement parallel to the
property line. A portion of your property is also within F.E.M.A. flood hazard zone A. Given
that your proposed building is 40 feet in length, and must be a minimum of 30 feet from your
front property line, the rear side of the building would be approximately 119 feet from the flood
zone.
Please have a licensed civil engineer establish the limits of the flood hazard zone on your
property, and provide a detailed, dimensioned, plot plan drawn to scale showing the location of
your proposed ag. exempt building out of the flood hazard zone. The alternative to this is to
submit a complete set of plans, and apply for complete building permits.

:(B) TANK INSULATION. Storage type water heaters and storage and
backup tanks for solar systems shall be externally wrapped with
R-12 insulation or greater.
