There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision. If the conditions are cleared prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with no conditions will be recorded upon receipt of correct recording fees.
