You requested the county resolution number that waived the one -foot no access strip for our parcel. I do not have an actual resolution number, but I do know that this was done at the Board of Supervisors meeting on October 26, 1993 by a four - to -one vote of the Supervisors. It was agenda Item No. 4.06 on page 7 of the agenda for that day., I enclose a copy of that page for your reference. I also enclose a copy of the Encroachment Permit issued by the Department of Public Works which specifically refers to a u -shaped concrete drive with standard asphalt approaches for APN's 011-020-101 and 102 on Chico Canyon Road. I also enclose a copy of a letter from the County Counsel's office dated November 29, 1993, which refers to permission to cross one -foot no -access strip regarding these parcels. Finally, I enclose a copy of the Agreement and Covenant Running with the Land for Installment of Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks and, Other Urban Improvements, which indicates that I have agreed to do so when the county determines it is in the best interest of the county to do so in that area.
